Benefit Offerings

  • Individual Medical Insurance plan provided by the board of education at 75% reimbursement for those working 30 hours or more per week. Spouse, children, or family Health Insurance also available for purchase by the employee under the Section 125 Cafeteria plan.

Paras who have worked for High Plains 7 or more years are entitled to 15 cents an hour wage increase by documenting the required staff development points of the previous school year.
